Our Bincredible packages start at $99 for a 2-week rental with 15 bins. Every Bincredible package includes free delivery, pickup, and a dolly. Need more time? Extend your rental period at a discount.

Not everyone moves the same, but here's a good starting point:

Starter (15 bins) – Studio, dorm, or small apartment

Signature (30 bins) – Most 2–3 bedroom homes

Premium (60 bins) – Larger homes or families with a lot of stuff

Every Bincredible bin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before it heads to its next stop, so your belongings stay protected from dust, dirt, and whatever mystery lives inside used cardboard.

Moving timelines have a habit of changing. If you need a few extra days—or even a few extra weeks—just let us know before your pickup date and we'll extend your rental.

These bins are built for moving—not for sitting in a closet.

Minor scratches and normal wear are expected and never charged. If a bin is broken beyond normal use, lost, or missing at pickup, replacement fees apply:

Dolly: $75

No surprises. Everything is outlined in your rental agreement before delivery.

Yes.

We'll need someone 18 or older available to receive the bins, verify your order, and sign the rental agreement. The whole process usually takes less than five minutes.

Most of the time, yes.

Once you factor in cardboard boxes, packing tape, replacement boxes that inevitably tear, and the time spent breaking everything down afterward, reusable moving bins are often the better value.

Plus, there's no mountain of cardboard waiting for you after the move.

We deliver the bins.

You do the moving.

When you're finished, we come back and pick everything up.

Plans change—we get it.

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund.

Within 48 hours, cancellations receive a 50% refund to cover scheduling and preparation.

Once your bins have been delivered, the rental becomes non-refundable, but you're always welcome to extend your rental if you need more time.
